For as long as she can remember, Isabelle has had a passion for horses along with a deep inclination for the Anglophone culture, notably the United-States and the American West.

After casual pony rides as a child in France, she started riding, at the age of 9, taking formal lessons in English dressage and going on trail rides. Later, she spent four years living in London, where she treaded the alleys of Hyde Park, before making her dream to settle in the USA come true a few years ago. She has trained in Western riding since she relocated in California.

Over the years, her affinity with horses and frustration with some aspects of “traditional training methods” have driven her to research and learn more about gentler, more in tune with the horse’s soul approaches – sometimes referred to as “horse whispering”.

Horse ownership was a long awaited privilege that she valued and with it came a desire to expand her knowledge and experience a partnership with her horse that was based on trust and respect. Indeed she felt she rediscovered the world of horses and the pure joy of being in complete harmony with your horse through of her horse Vent Fou. Understanding and listening to what your horse tells you is the first step towards achieving harmony with your horse.

After taking several seminars and clinics related to Communing with the Horse, observing horses in their herds in the wild, Isabelle studied natural horsemanship methods through a training program, based on the John Lyons Methods, with Amber Lydic, this training approach combine the perfect balance between the traditional equestrian methods and the “way of the horse approach”.

Besides the Conditioned Response Training Program, Isabelle focuses on Natural Healing Methods to restore your horse mental and physical balance.

She is a Certified Reiki Healer, has experience with Homeopathy, Bach Flowers, Holistic Care and uses some techniques of Animal Communication.

Isabelle is fluent in French and English and can train in both language, plus give you or your children French classes as you are riding!
